They're just crazy busy. They just need to chill for a bit, and treat themselves to an hour break to chill, drink, and call in.

I'm sure they can set aside some time on a Sunday evening. Its Sunday, no one should be working that day anyways.

I would LOVE to hear an interview with Black Raven.
A few other ideas:
Pike
Georgetown
Hales
Iron Horse
Big Time
Diamond Knot
Two Beers
Elysian
Elliot Bay
Mac & Jack's
Snoqualmie

Thing is, a lot of those just wouldn't make for an interesting show. Especially someone like Elliott Bay. They're a restaurant that makes mediocre beer on premise, and that's really it. Out of that list, I think the more interesting ones would be Elysian (even though I'm not a huge fan of their beers), and maybe Georgetown. The rest I just couldn't see keeping us entertained.

Let's leave producing The Session to those that know how to do it, shall we? We have no clue what interesting things might be said during an interview with the Elliot Bay people. Or Two Beers, for that matter. I'd love to know the ins and outs of going the nanobrewery route. I think that would be facinating.

Every craft brewery is going to have their own story to tell and to generalize about them without hearing a word of those stories is pretty short-sighted, IMHO.

Just giving my input, that's all. They can choose to ignore (most likely) or do what with it they will. I'm by no means any kind of authority

Having met Joel from Two Beers, the owner and brewmaster, back when he was still getting licensed (i purchased some carboys from him), i can tell you that he is a really nice guy, and who knows, might even have something interesting to say, given the chance.
