My Citra supply is 2009, though my website is temporarily shut down for orders while we're working on a new site and I spend some time with the new family. If you'd like some please shoot me a PM or email and if I am available to ship it I will let you know, thanks! And thanks Evan!

Evan - Can you post the recipe? I have been thinking of trying a Sorachi or Citra beer (had a great Sorachi lager by 3 Floyds) and could use some help narrowing down a recipe.

I made this recipe for the SCHF and I came back with a keg that had about 3 glasses left (said keg is now empty and I'm sad because of it)

For 6.0 gallons at 1.058

Malt
6.25 lbs Cargill IdaPils
4.25 lbs Weyermann Wheat Malt
0.5 lbs Weyermann Munich
0.75 lbs White Sugar

Mash for 60 at 149F

Hops
1.0 oz Magnum (12%) Pellets at 90 minutes
2.0 oz Citra (11%) Whole for 10 minutes of steeping

Ferment with WLP565

This was beautiful.. pale, fluffy, big white head, slightly sweet (but wheat sweet, not sugar sweet) - tasted like pineapples and herbs.

I tried a brew buddies all Citra IPA 1oz every 10 minutes and a flameout addition. 7oz's. it was great not to bitter verry floral and VERRY critrusy (ya I know hence the name) the keg lasted a weekend. it was one of the best IPA's I have tasted in a long while.
