Got the recipe from the B3 forum. What is everybody else brewing this weekend?
Peace!

I wish I was brewing this weekend. Got to run to the LHBS (only 1.5 hours away) and get 150 pounds of grain. Look out next week tho. :P

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

OK, don't kill me... I think I'm going to make cheese this weekend.
I hope my post helped in some way. If not, please feel free to contact me.

Cheese? Come on now. Just got the first runnings from the red and they look great. The color is going to be right what I want it to be. Thanks for posting this recipe Jamil!

I made chedder last week. This week is going to be Montery Jack. I'm waiting until I have a bit more experience before I make a blue cheese.

I was looking at cheese presses and books today. I just had no money left after buying grain and other supplies. :x Maybe next payday.

Well I got about 76% eff on the red and now it is a bit out of style (SG1.060), but I bet it will be great. I added about .20 oz magnum at 30minutes to try to balance out the beer becasue of the increased eff. I usually get 70% or so. Anyway it's in the carboy and I expect to have some bubbles soon. The samples were great. Thanks again for the recipe Jamil!
Peace!
