I just tapped the 2nd keg of porter I brewed a little while back. The first keg blew and I transferred the line to the 2nd keg out of the fermenter. I like the 2nd keg much better and cannot understand why. It seems much fuller bodied and the head is darker. I may not have noticed had I not had a glass from both back to back. I filled both kegs from one fermenter at the same time and don't know what would have caused the beer from one keg to the other to be different. Has anyone ever experienced something like this? I am stumped.
