you'll be OK, the concern will be with any seeds getting stuck in the fittings or weird bits in the glass(you can fish them out here all good). But with 'bits' being kept in the keg you will get more flavor changes e.g. more 'Hotness' from the oil in the chili seeds from alcoholic extraction over time, which may end up over powering any other flavors in the beer.
