Hey guys,
Cheers for the advice and i really don't care about thread hijacks as they tend to cover aspects that had never even occurred to me or have shown how woefully inadequate my system and process is.

I was not planning on oxygenating as a slow ferment was the goal for this one but i was unsure about pitching rates so thanks for that one!

On Deck; Count ding dong and inbred ding dong, belgian dark strong with/out brett.
Building; single tier brew system
