Assuming this is a bigger than 5 gallon batch size..., but I think in 5's so can't comment as much on quantity, but not sure how well the Willamette and Crystal will come through in late addition character, they are much more mild than your other 5 min additions and may get swamped out (or may add a nice extra layer of complexity, idk). Unless you are swimming in Amarillo (you lucky bastard), using them as your 60 min addition is a bit of a waste in my mind.

I'd rework the hops (& maybe even the base malt as well). It's ... busy. There should be some sort of a theme if you're going to use that many different ingredients. Just like with cooking, just because you like different things doesn't mean they're going to go together well, eg you may love cheese & you may love sushi, but I wouldn't recommend throwing a chunk of cheddar in your next California Roll.

I'd agree with Spidey for once, the Amarillo at 60 is likely a waste. I've never used it at 60, so it may have a very nice bittering character that you don't get from something else, but cut it back & make up the IBU's with something else like CTZ. The 5 minute additions could use some work too IMO. Using the same weight of hops that vary in character & presence isn't going to turn out as a touch of this, touch of that. The Amarillo/Chinook are going to dominate, the Willamette won't stand a chance, even with it's very different character.

I'd say dumb it down a touch & make up your IBU's with some more complimentary hops.
