Simcoe recipe required

Sun Oct 20, 2013 1:42 am

Hi all from Australia ,
I have received my first order of simcoe and looking a good biab recipe.
I was thinking a smash with pilsner but thought I'd see if there were some recommendations first.

Anyway thanks in advance

Cheers

Simcoe is a hop that goes great in American Pale Ale or American IPA hop. Personally, I'd mix it with other hops like cascade, centennial, citra, Nelson Sauvin, or some other citrusy hops, though, as opposed to single hop, as it can be very dank or if picked late, oniony.

Take one of the recipes out of BCS and sub out the hop bill according to what you have.
Feel free to take a shot at it and post the recipe here and we'll help you adjust it if you want.
