Hello, I am brewing an ale (mild), but I dont have space in the fridge....

If I rack to the secondary to get it off the yeast, how long will it last if it´s mainteined at room temperature (70-80 F)???

You'll be fine. You probably aren't going to need a longer secondary for your beer, so it's only gonna be a couple weeks before you bottle or keg. If you're running out of capacity, I guess you just have to drink more :P

If you sanitation is good, it should last several months in the secondary. However, the taste will smooth out during that time, which could be good and bad.
