I think Justin Crossley is a great brewer

I'm being totally honest. I just watched his Pale Ale video. Brewing is not that hard; especially with his occupation, his friends, and all of his gadgets. He likes to brew American Pale Ales, and he won't be happy until he makes one as good as New Dogtown or Pale 31. Until he does that, he'll feel that everything he makes is crap. American Pale Ales with very little crystal malt will show all the flaws that a light lager will show, but it's harder because APA's have to be bitter, but not so bitter that they become IPA's. APA's have to somehow trap aroma and the dry hop has to be there, but not be overpowering. Plus, there's a huge variety of ingredients that can be used and no two pro brewers seem to be in agreement as to when to add to those ingredients. The style has to be delicate and in-your-face all at the same time. It's a hard style to brew.

I had Justin's beer at San Diego NHC. While he is awesome and deserves all my manlove, his beer then wasn't that good. But Beevo was there and looking at her and JP made it taste better. :unicornrainbow: :nutters: :bnarmy:

If you take what I post here literally, you're retarded. I'm here to fuck around, have a good time, and learn about beer. You mean nothing to me and I mean nothing to you.

I'm listening to the latest Sunday Session right now, and I guess there's a homebrew contest among the brewcasters. My money is on Crossley. He'll destroy JP. Plus, Justin has all the toys. There's no such thing as a bad brewer; just a poor one.

Oh, and I even heard my buddy, "Leroy" wrote in. And we all know that all black people are named Leroy...I mean, unless they're named Tyrone. Where has the Grand Wizard gone? Fuckin' asshole.
