But saying the Session is ammunition for neo's is kind of sensational. I thought this thread was great and very well written, which is why I picked it. I have no issue with some people not liking the Session or the "humor" that goes into it, and the cable analogy was a good one. I'm just happy to have Aj here, even though I have no idea who he is. Any knowledge - especially from people who take notes and run tests on the things they speak on - is great to have.

AJ's given me great advice on brewing. I like being able to get technical help from the BN. It's also nice to have the occasional fart joke to though let's not get to serious.

Brothers, sisters! There's room here for fart jokes AND water chemistry! Some of us happen to love both.

Too late. Back the fuck off, :asshat:

He's a published author in peer reviewed journals. http://ajdel.wetnewf.org:81/

I don't know how he found our bit of brewing/junior high humor, but I appreciate his contributions.

AJ; If you don't mind me asking, what instrument are you using to get 6 digit resolution. I would imagine a digital refractometer. I've never looked into or priced them. Are they super spendy? I certainly don't need 6 digits of resolution, but maybe 4 digits would be nice.

Calm down ladies. I'm an author in a peer reviewed magazine and I still get shit.
