Ut-oh..sour taste...

Wed Jun 21, 2006 2:55 pm

Just transferred a Kolsch from the primary to a secondary and it had a slight sour taste to it :( ...The weird thing was it didn't smell bad...but the taste was a little sour.

Is this definitely contaminated or is there a chance this might go away??Unfortunately, I brewed an Alt last night and used the same yeast...I hope it's not contaminated.

I'm planning on kegging the Kolsch next week. If it is sour, what can I do to save or change the beer?
