German Hefeweizen for an upcoming comp. Quick and easy beer, no fuss no muss. Will use some of the saved yeast from the starter for a second iteration of Bug's carrot cake ale (mmmmmmmm).

Pitched yeast in a raspberry wheat and started an imperial ipa with mosaic, amarillo, and citra. You can't go wrong with that!

Two-batch day. Brewing up a golden sour that will eventually get 8lbs of cherries. Next up after that batch is a red IPA that my wife absolutely loves. Whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, CTZ, Amarillo, and Waimea.
Primary: Golden Sour, Cider
Secondary: Golden Sour w/cherries, Raspberry Melomel
Cellar-Aging: Blackberry Melomel, Hawaiian Wildflower Mead
Kegged and on-tap: Berliner Weisse, Lorena Hop-it
Up Next: Something for the new barrel

IPA with experimental hop 06277 (aka "Nuggetzilla"). We shall see what it brings to the table!

First sour! Berliner Weisse. Think I'll add some Brett just to funk it up a bit.

Did a quick extract batch Twilight-ish beer today. Used some of my next door neighbor's hops that he grew in his backyard. Should be good.

A Flanders Red (albeit on the darker side around 18 SRM) with the classic Roselare pitch. I've got nothing but time for this one.
