So I have no obligations today and just happen to have a one gallon starter ready so it time to brew. I am doing a small batch today of an experimental brew that I am calling it BSOP ( Bastard Son Of Pliny). Although I dont have a hop bill for Pliny the Younger I have formulated a ridiculously hop laden recipe of my own. I am going to post the recipe here so check it out.
