Heating strike for a single hop APA with El Dorado. First non-HERMS batch in years. Simple infusion today.

Finished up a special bitter today. Trying out a new recipe that has been in the works for a while. Hit all my numbers so looking forward to tasting this one.

brewing a clean out the brew room stout. It has some potential. Lets see what happens. doing it on the stovetop, extract style for the first time since i started brewing about a year ago.
Bottled: fresh hop pale ale
On tap: Moose bile strong ale
In the cellar: Taqu'il's Fat Black Imperial Stout

In the fermenter: Moose drool clone
