My HLT is plenty big and I will just plan to treat the whole batch of water for simplicity sake...makes sense.

Yup....When are you brewing? This will be my 2nd time with this recipe, but first time AG and double batch. Last time it was partial extract (more mash than extract). Scored well in my first ever competition and then I deployed. This is my return brew session and inaugural brew session for 2009.
