60 minutes left in a 90 minute boil for my hefeweizen. I love easy brew days!

Bit of a rough day with this belgian golden strong. Managed to float the false bottom, but all that did was add an hour...

Chilling now and about to run off a fortified small beer to try out the WL Brux Tois. We'll see how that goes.

Starting to chill the wort on a witbier for a summer party later this august. Hope I can chill this one in a reasonable amount of time with the crazy temps out there!

Late last night I completed my very first all-grain batch. Rye saison with WLP565. Ghettoed up a filter for the sparge by just putting a steeping bag in front of the spout on my Coleman extreme cooler. I missed a couple of values along the way, and sparge was painfully slow, but I got the right numbers in the end! Now it's happily fermenting away.

Yeah, that doesn't give you much surface area to pull through... glad it worked out in the end!
