I prefer day brewing. As others have said, it's hard to stay motivated to clean up if it gets too late. However, as the summer nears and temps climb, I'm contemplating a night brew...or early morning before it heats up.

I go for mornings. I have done a few (helped) afternoon brews, and one HELL BREW that took 11 hours because it was about 30F outside and I couldn't gat the kettle to boil or keep a temp for the mash.
