The spreadsheet not only tells you that you should have an RA much higher than is reasonable for darker beers but then miscalculates the RA effects of carbonate (which is the best way to increase it unless you love sodium) by only counting half carbonates alkalinity raising effect.

It is fine for caclulating cloride, sulfate, calcium etc. Just don't give it any carbonate or bicarbonate.
