So, may be a weird concept, but this is called the OctoIPA. German/American Hops and Malt based on JZ's Oktoberfest. Hallertau and Cascade. 2row/Vienna/M10/C60. San Diego Super and American Ale yeast. 65F fermentation temps. Mash low, 148F. Water is almost ready.
