Kegging a Pale Ale this weekend, and brewing an Oktoberfest on Monday. I'm a little late, but it should still be ready to drink mid-Sept!

Grain mill sent...just hope it gets to the right Grod! :D

Brewed a hefeweizen with red wheat malt and a new yeast strain I haven't tried before. Looking forward to the differences from my normal hefe.

Rolling boil on a saison w/ WY 3724 and galaxy and amarillo hop schedule. Not over the top, just a touch of Americana to complement the yeast profile.

Sparging right now on a GumballHead clone recipe. I drank the beer 2x while in Chicago 3 years ago and have not had it since. I do remember loving it. I may be able to duplicate it, but I doubt I will ever know for sure. One way or the other, I hope it turns out delicious!!!
