I'm not brewing right now, but I am getting ready to help my wife keg her first all grain batch! Two weeks ago, she brewed a chocolate raspberry milk stout, all on her own (except for the heavy lifting). I'm excited for her and thought I'd share :D.

It's JZ's milk stout with 1.2 oz of Nibs in the last ten minutes for the cacao flavor, then 1.8 oz of Raspberry extract (for a full 5 gallon batch) at bottling/kegging. Turned out great! Hasn't carbed, yet, but pre carb it tasted awesome.

Single-hop Summit IPA. Smelled and tasted really good.
Gimme oysters and beer (and Durian) for dinner every day of the year...

Just finished up with 10 gallons of a standard brown, fermenting half with Wyeast American Ale 2, and the other half with the Wyeast Lambic blend. Also brewed 10 gallons of a delicious IPA. Went with a new hop line up of nugget for bittering and citra and mosaic for aroma, supposed to be close to Fresh Squeezed IPA. Should be good.

I pitched the yeast into the 5 gallons of wort I got from Heretic the other day, does that count as brewing? I used Nottingham and I'm fermenting at 64 F. The wort is a kind of brown color with Falconer's Flight, tasted great when I took the gravity 1.050
Fermenting: Black IPA, Barley Wine, Cider and Imperial Stout
