I to agree with double milling you wheat espcially, it was a bitch for me the first time I brewed with that stuff during the crushing procedure. I even actually sent mine threw alone at 3 different settings eventually taking it down the the actuall setting I use on a regular basis.

I use a Phil Mill, not sure if it's made anymore. I grind the wheat separately from the barley and with a finer crush. The efficiency on my latest Hefe was 80%. I do use about 4 oz of rice hulls in the mash.
