Ok to pissed off now to deal with the O2. So it got areated by being sloshed around from the garage into the house. Still got to slosh it around a little before it goes to the fermentation closet.

Well good news is it looks like I am in 70% land again, over shot my volume some and came up about 6points less than promash figured, but that was for 5 gallons, looks like I am about 5.25+ I would guess. So thats all good.

But my God damn BK. Took me almost 30 minutes to drain again. I switched to some braided hose after running into the problem of the regualr racking style hose got pinched once from the warm wort and stopped the flow. Now this braided hose gets a vaccuum going on so when I drop it into the carboy it kind of sticks to the side of it. Flows really slow. I hope just chopping some length out of it will fix it. Anyone else ever run into a problem like this?

Before I switched hoses it drain nice and fast. I almost just dumped it through a funnel today.
