Re: How to spice up brooklyn brewshop everyday ipa

Tue Apr 29, 2014 6:06 am

ok... so i bottled it this weekend and it definitely tasted very hoppy.. but also a bit watery.. i had to add a lot of water because i feel a lot of it got soaked up by the hops.. anyway.. about 10 days to go and then ill know for sure..
I also still have a bruxelles blonde beer ingredient kit from them which i feel like needs some spicing up.. is there an easy way to raise the alcohol percentage? or could i perhaps use some of the hops i have left over from the other batch? (i stored it in the fridge..)

thanks for your help!
