Right, I should have been more specific. When I do 10 gallons, I use a 15 gallon SS kettle. When I do 2x5 gallons, I use two aluminum 30qt turkey fryer pots. The little pots have a remarkably higher boiloff rate.

Thanks guys, I just moved to a 60qt kettle and brewed two 5g batches. I have a baseline to work with on that. Just need one more carboy since I loaded two of my 3 up with beer, and one more corny keg. Then I have a bunch to drink to get ready for the next batch.
