PacMan Starter from CYBI

So if I am making a starter for Rogue Shakespeare with PacMan yeast which is suppose to ferment in the 60f range, should I do the starter at that temp as well, or is room temp OK?

Room temp is better for growing yeast cells, which is what you want to do

They will grow more quickly at room temp, but 60 is not going to really inhibit them. Besides, you want your starter at the temp of the wort it will be fermenting for best results.
