If its anything like honey, it will dry the beer out somewhat.

Your mash temps would tend to make it drier too.

Yeah I just retested my Hydrometer that I thought I had already tested. its 4 points low! I think I somehow switched my hydrometers around.. well at least they are both "calibrated" now. Too bad I didn't notice that about 5 or 6 batches ago.
