Sage advice, bubble are down to about one every 90 sec. Particulates are still churning in the better bottle however. I'll let it drop clear and then I'll stick a thief in and have a taste. Appreciate the patient counsel. Sometimes you just get edgey.

Edgy? That was more like a full blown panic attack.

When it comes to my beer, its like watching my kid. I only want the best.

Anyhow finally tasted, tested and bottled last night. OG 1.056 down to FG 1.008. The 3 weeks of citra dry-hopping have made a wicked nice citrusy hop flavor and theres a little bready sweetness in the background from the crystal malt.

Anyhow, my xanax is kicking in and I feel much better now. Promise not to panic next time it looks like one of my kids is going to fall off the bike.

Let me be a lesson to other potential spaz's out there. The IPA I contemplated tossing out at the beginning of this post actually scored a 36 at the New England Regional Homebrew Contest. Not a medal but still certainly a keeper.

You all are so right when you suggest patience in assessing your beers.
