I didnt see a sub-forum for this, so here it is.
It would be nice to see something about holiday recipes. Tis the season and all. I would really like to see what you guys serve along with the bird. Or whatever else you turn out for the family.
Thanks
And this isnt exclusively for Pax.
If you have a killer recipe, lets see it.
After all, arent we like one big disfunctional family?

There's a whole section on the website. http://www.homebrewchef.com/BeerInspire ... yMenu.html

The barleywine prime rib sounds great! I've done the turkey before and it was excellent.

It's no HBC (and it spends most of the time talking about wine), but this is currently on hulu... http://www.hulu.com/watch/336907/good-eats-fermentation-nation

Nice way to avoid making yeast rise the bread, and still getting a rise by using the low pH of beer to get the baking soda going.
