If you've never had bleu cheese with your chili, it's definitely worth a try - it's a great counterpoint to a good spicy chili.
I definitely agree with the masses - real chili has no beans, no large chunks of veggies, etc. However, I've made chili with beans, with rice, with just about any kind of meat you can find, and with a lot of things many people would never think of putting in chili. Some were great, some sucked. Point is, I love me some chili.
