hey jeff...welcome to the forum. I'm happy to hear the mini-mash show helped. It's really easy and fun to give it a try.

ps. I'll be in Toronto (markahm really) in 2 weeks. Is it cold yet?

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

Hehe, thanks Lufah :) In my defense, it was just 14 months without my *own* homebrew. I have a friend that's been doing all grain for years and is always looking for help emptying kegs so he can start another batch

I certainly missed brewing, but my wife and I were busy adopting our first child so I have a good excuse! And now I'll have a brewing assistant in a few years, so it all works out :)

J,

being 1.5 hrs down the road, when are you going to be there. Additionally you can save me 50 bucks if I can drop something off with you there.
