I'm Graham, English but working and now living in Edinburgh, Scotland. I work as an IT Manager for BSkyB TV (Fox are part of the same group).
Just started brewing, all extract kits so far. Muntons Imperial Stout and Continental Pilners bottled, Golden Ale fermenting and getting ready for Barrel, Coopers Wheat Beer about a week behind that one.
A Beaverdale Chablis Blush a few days in and a cider from pure juice just started.
I've got a New Year's party at my place so stocking for that.
