I brew 5-gallon all-grain recipes on an electric stove, using a cheap plastic bucket for a fermenter. I have two beer fridges (converted chest freezers),8 Cornies, and a spare fridge for fermenting. One of the chest freezers has two two-tap beer towers on it.
I know virtually nothing about brewing established styles. I like to wing it.
