Caught the show for the first time last week (Sept 4). Great show, I learned a whole lot about how I can improve my fermentation.
I started brewing about 16 months ago. Have only done 8 extract batches. Made some mistakes, but nothing I couldn't drink
My next batch will be an all-grain attempt.
