Hi all,
I'm a soon to be 40 year old homebrewer and BN army member from Finland.
I've been brewing for 6 years now. I did one extract batch, and then moved straight into all grain brewing, having basically new clue what I was doing. I started watching Brewing TV episodes in order to learn, and during one episode I was introduced to the BN. It's been a downhill ride ever since, with beer and brewing occupying most of my already limited thinking ability.
Until now I have not been active on any forum and there are no homebrew clubs that I know of where I live either. And while many of my friends are into craft beer, none of them brew themselves, so I have not really had anyone to discuss brewing with. In order to get more people into homebrewing I held a beginners course in brewing a few months ago and will teach a second class in two weeks.
I also started a blog two weeks ago. https://woodenpicklebrewing.wordpress.com/
It's probably just another homebrew blog, but I am a little bit proud of my Brewing Excel and my fermentation temperature control. You'll find posts about both of them. Please check it out and give me feedback! I have not really told anyone about the blog, so you have the chance to be the first one to subscribe
Cheers from Finland!
