carboy cuddlers anonymous

hi :bnarmy:,

I'm from London UK, and I'm a carboy cuddler. Well I would be but I use plastic buckets, because I'm cheap.

I also breed :unicornrainbow: and wear :nutters:


but I wouldn't be seen dead in a :asshat:

currently brewing an american pale ale on a sessionable 4.2%

Good on you! I find it funny that you brew American pale, and here I am brewing English ales in America haha. ...I also cuddle my carboys. no shame.

haha yea well, if I lived over there I'm sure I'd be brewing a few english ales too! I am brewing quite a few english style beers as well though, I'm especially into the 19th century english beer styles like stouts, milds, porters, pale ales and what not. I do like american hops though. And I love a bit of american attitude in my beer!

What kind of english beers are your favourite to drink/brew btw? Do you get any good commercial examples?

definitely love a good ESB/best bitter but it's hard to find a good one sometimes. I've got a nice smoked porter sitting in my carboy right now.
