Welcome! Are you currently brewing anything? Extract/all grain?

All-Grain. I did one extract brew and it bored me to tears. Built a mash tun manifold with copper and put it in an old 20 gallon Coleman cooler. My latest brew is a Chocolate Oatmeal Stout I'll be bottling this weekend. After bottling I plan to brew my first IPA. Shooting for a Pliny clone that I'm going to ferment on the yeast cake from my Pale Ale. Now I feel like I've over shared.

Welcome. I would recommend playing with adding flavors at bottling. Soaking spices in vodka ... Going back to work

I have made a gingerbread tincture that I added to a stout with great success. I only dosed a handful of bottles from the batch.
My tincture did take a couple weeks to mature to ful flavor.
