Long time BN listener, first time poster. Been brewing for about a year and a half give or take. Done about 30 batches so far, recently built my 10 gallon MLT so I've been having fun doing all grain lately. I have a chest freezer with a temperature controller, which I've been using to make lagers.
Won a couple medals in local homebrewing comps, but haven't taken first place in a category yet >< (best I got was 2nd for a classic American pilsner).
Big fan of Brew Strong (John & Jamil have REALLY improved my brewing), the Jamil Show, the Session, and yes, even Lunch Meet! (Bring it back!).
Been brewing a lot of recipes from Brewing Classic Styles, with minor tweaks here and there.
Anyway, I mostly just wanted to say thanks to the BN as a whole for making my workdays much more tolerable and entertaining (and full of laughs that get me weird looks from my coworkers)!
Hope I'm not too late to the party! (I realize this BN thing has been going on for a number of years!)
