Well after months of listening to the BN, I thought it was damn time I signed up for the forum. I heard about the Secret Santa brew exchange recently and thought it was a killer idea! Just want to get involved and share my brews with others!

Been doing a lot of saisons and Belgians, trying to hone my hopping skills on double IPAs as well. I never seem to have to time to meet up with one of the local Los Angeles brew clubs, so maybe I can connect with the community here!

Founders Breakfast Stout clone(since I grew up in Detroit)
Coconut Belgian Tripel

Black saison

Welcome. Where and how did you add the coconut to the Tripel?

I just did a Coconut Oatmeal stout and put toasted coconut in a grain sack in the keg. I went to remove it yesterday and mad a mess pulling it out, but very little fell back in the keg.
