Brewer from Mississippi

Wed Jun 19, 2013 11:37 am

Posting from Mississippi, down south in Hattiesburg if anyone is familiar. I've been brewing a couple years now with extract batches and a handful of all grain. I'm building a new system to organize myself and give me some better control over my temps and such. There is a thread in the sculpture section. I've got a ferm chamber in the works as well, though I've tried to focus on beers that may ferment a bit higher up in temps (~72*). Just another homebrewer trying to perfect a handful of recipes and learn all that I can.

Hey there! I can definitely say that you have come to the right place to "be all that you can be!" (at least for a good brewer... ) Welcome aboard and don't be afraid to ask any questions you may have about your new obsession. We all like to talk beer here!

Cheers -
