London Brewer

Tue Jun 18, 2013 3:37 am

What's up guys, just checking in from London (originally from chicago). I've been brewing for about a year and a half (mostly partial mashes) and just started listening to the pod casts. Anyone else here living around South London?

Welcome! What types of beer are brewing over there? Doing British stuff, or did you start brewing to get something closer to American craft beer?

Welcome aboard! Do you have any different (variety) of yeast selection compared to what we can get in the states?

What's up guys, thanks for the warm welcome. Pretty much everything is available here that is available in the states. Just a bit more expensive.

I'm not a big English Ale fan which is actually why I started brewing. Mostly I missed American craft brew. I'll brew pretty much anything that sounds interesting though.

Currently in the primary: Roggenbier, Double IPA
Bottled: Belgian Blonde, Dunkelweissen, Hefeweissen
On Deck: Red Ale, Smoked RyePA, Black IPA, Russian Imperial Stout, Pumpkin Ale
