New from 'Cuse

Representing upstate New York, bitches!

I started homebrewing about 10 years ago, but my interest in it has really intensified over the last year or so. I enjoy sunsets and long walks on the beach—when I'm not too drunk to stand up.

Hey there! Welcome. I hail from Western NY just shy of the Lake Erie shoreline by a few miles (Fredonia). Winter's setting in here soon so get ready to brew up some lagers!

TBH I never thought I'd worry myself about brewing many lagers because of all the extra considerations. Lately, though, I have been thinking about czech pils and rauchbier, so I might get there eventually! Thanks for the welcome.
