Cheers from Beaver County PA

Mon Oct 15, 2012 5:01 pm

Hello! I have just recently dove into AG brewing and love it. I am very thankful for all the education that is out there. The podcasts have made my trips to and from work that much more enjoyable.

I want to be in the BN Army....

My first AG brew was an ESB. My next is a Holiday Nut Brown with Cinnamon, All Spice and Nutmeg.

I love beer.

Beaver County is a great place.

I miss the NHL.

I am currently drinking a Black Out Stout from Great Lakes Brewery.

That is all. :jnj
Primary: Holiday Nut Brown Ale w/ cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and vanilla
Bottled: ESB - "American Revolution" - All British Grains and Hops except dry hopped with centennials from my backyard. I infiltrated all the British ingredients :)

Not aged...unless you consider aged as 1 year in my basement!

Anyhow, the Brewing Network is fantastic. Thank you for the welcome!

I'd call that somewhat aged.... you're drinking the 2011 version anyway. I was wondering how well that beer would age and change over a few years. Might have to pick up enough to try that this time around.
