Oh, did I mention I love drinking beer?
I keep a few breweries in business it seems like.I brew on a stovetop with two big pots. I try and place as close attention to details as I can with Temps and pH, etc. I also like creating recipes. My best beer to date is a schwarzbier I brewed earlier this year. It was amazing, and so I will try and do more lager beers in the future. Speaking of which:
I brewed a Munich Dunkel yesterday, it looks good so far with a low krausen. A lot darker than I expected, but I'm hoping a little fermentation will lighten it up.
Off to buy some beer - Off of work tomorrow!
