Greetings
I am a 12 year brewer who loves American Style Ales and also a huge fan of the Steam Beer. I grew up in the South Bay and my best friend taught me to brew right after I got married. My wife is a huge support to my hobby as I brew nearly every week. This week I will be brewing with the owner of Mazama brewing in Corvallis Oregon. Yup Corvallis is a town of 52,000 with 5 breweries and a university. Come visit! We will be brewing an IPA that I took Reserve Best of Show with at the Oregon State Fair. I recently came in second in the AHA club only Porter comp.
