Been brewing kits for a few years now, before trying a couple of partial mashes, and switched to all-grain a few months ago. Haven't looked back of course! I feel I've discovered a whole new thing all together. Been bitten by the bug proper. Got a fairly simple but effective BIAB setup, and keep introducing new pieces. Got myself a temp reg. controller/fermentation fridge, so I'm gonna have a crack at cold crashing a light pale ale to see how much clearer it'll get.
I discovered the BN via the Sunday Session podcasts, been listening to them for a while now. I work outside in the bush so I can listen at my own leisure!
I find it a great way to learn and absorb info.I'm sure to tell all my brew mates about the BN.
