Longtime lurker here,
Native San Diegan, started on a mr. beer kit pre 9-11, and hated the beer I brewed.
Brewed a few extract batches yearly and the last few years moved into AG and been brewing consistently 2-3 5 gallon batches for the past 2 years.
Hope to glean some knowledge and hopefully learn some more by hanging out around these parts.
Shows are awesome, those have helped me make better beer along with the brewing classic styles book.
