From Central PA

Sun Aug 12, 2012 5:37 am

Hey I'm born and raised in central PA and i've been brewing for about 6 years now. I have only do a few batches every year, among them are a schwarz weizen, IPA, double wit, coffee porter, ESB, Trappist, and many more. I also do partial grain batches and depending on the style only use a primary.

Hiya! I spent a lot of time as a kid on the farm my mom grew up on in Millville, Pa. Columbia Co. I think I remember my uncles all drinkin Genesee Cream ale, though i know now it's from Rodchester. Loved the country up there, good food, good times.
