Hi from SW NM

Hello from the high desert of southwest New Mexico.

I just started all grain this year. Been listening to the first Sunday shows and Jamil's show for recipes. I really enjoy the shows here, great source of inspiration and information! :bnarmy:

Any other New Mexico brewers out there?

Welcome from SC NH ( South Central New Hampshire ).

What is your brewing setup like in NM? How do you control temps in the hot, desert weather?

A lot of people have refrigeration setups but I've been using a water bath with some ice if needed. Some day I will set up some better temp control.
