Hello from the high desert of southwest New Mexico.

I just started all grain this year. Been listening to the first Sunday shows and Jamil's show for recipes. I really enjoy the shows here, great source of inspiration and information!

Any other New Mexico brewers out there?

What is your brewing setup like in NM? How do you control temps in the hot, desert weather?

A lot of people have refrigeration setups but I've been using a water bath with some ice if needed. Some day I will set up some better temp control.
